| In this section, anyone can post, anyone can make a Raffle. But I will warn you Anything that is not a direct contest will be deleted. This means it will be counted as spam and too much of it endangers you ranking up in the guild. Be creative with your contests. I will not count it as spam if no one wants to enter it. Make sure you state when your contest is over and who is entering it. Every contest must be directly related with Maple Story and cannot have to do with anything outside of it. That means nothing about names, websites, or stories. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here is how the raffles will work (at least the ones I will do) We have as many people as possible who want to play throw in a set amount (probably 50k-100k). Every time a ticket is purchased that person is assigned a number. Then I use a random number generator (http://www.mathgoodies.com/calculators/random_no_custom.html) and pick a random number. The person with that number wins 10% (may change) of it goes straight to the guild expansion I'll accept ideas for this, just post in this topic Good luck and have fun

| You lost me somewhere around the drop one or two and it magically gives you a number... | |

| Let me give you an example. Lets say 8 people are playing.
Blue Snail Shell = 1 Red Snail Shell = 2 Mushroom Spore= 3 Orange Mushroom Cap = 4 Green Mushroom Cap = 5 Tree Branch = 6 Green Squishy Liquid = 7 Slime Bubble = 8
I have all of those in my inventory. I randomly drop one, lets say it was a tree branch. I post on the forum that the number was 6 and whoever had the raffle number 6 wins. I'm starting to rethink how to do this easier and another way could be to have it be in game. We could do about the same thing except I have everyone come over to one spot.
Lets say 8 people are playing, so I have 8 different monster drops (I will get ones that people will most likely not have). I drop all of them and each person picks up one. I will say "Who does not have one", if someone doesn't and another has more than 1 and does not tell me, they will be disqualified. I get all the drops back and redo it. When everyone gets 1 (I won't know who because they will all be on each other when picking them up) I will call out a monster drop. The person with it wins.
Another solution to this is to get a random number generator... hmm I might as well look now | |

| Ya it is nice isn't it. Raffles will start soon enough. Just have to decide if we will do a daily raffle, weekly raffle, or what | |

| i decide a weekly raffle like the lottery i guess you could say daily but the prize is small like 5k or 10k and have a monthly raffle that could be at least 100k and if you want and there are a lot of people who are funding u could have a yearly and everyone who donated for a jack pot | |

| A yearly lottery is a bit too long. I doubt some of the people in the guild will stay for a full year without taking a break. I could see a monthly lottery but I think we will have a weekly lottery. A daily lottery has way to small of a prize (who wants 5-10k?) and it wouldn't be worth the time to fetch 500 meso donations from each person playing... | |

| Ya a daily raffle would be too small. Maybe you could get it so the more you put in to the raffle, the higher your chance of winning? If you can figure out how to do that it might make you more money. But you would prolly have to put a cap on tickests per person so the richest guy didnt ruin the fun. Also you could make it so the more tickets u buy the more expensive they are. | |

| Rich guild members wouldn't really want more cash. They would probably be in the contests for fun. | |

| Exactly Nate. So they want to gamble, make them pay more per ticket the more they buy. They have the money. | |
